WARRANTY POLICY
Airy Sejoy offers a 1-year warranty, worry-free after-sales service. If there is any quality problem (not caused by human) during the warranty period, Airy Sejoy will provide replacement service.
THE FOLLOWING CASES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE FREE WARRANTY
- Damage caused by improper use, such as access to improper power supply, use of improper accessories, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, damage caused by misuse or negligence, etc.
- Products that are not normally sold, or products that are beyond the free warranty period.
- Products for which proof of purchase cannot be provided.
- Products that have been repaired, modified or altered by any non-authorized repair facility or individual.
- Product deterioration, wear and tear caused by normal use, but does not affect the normal use of the product.
- Due to transportation and other accidents caused to damage
- Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, storage or due to natural disasters, fire, water pressure abnormalities and other force majeure factors.
HOW TO GET A WARRANTY
If you need warranty service during the warranty period, please contact us at support@airysejoy.com attaching the order number, proof of warranty and relevant supporting documents, such as a video of the product not working. Airy Sejoy will be pleasure to assist you.
